Our figures show that for the reporting period, we do have a Bonus Pay Gap, being 6.1% for Male employees and 4.6% for female employees. This is predominantly due to Bonus payments being made to our maintenance staff for keeping within set budgets. We have 3 maintenance staff all being of male gender.
Our published information shows a proportionate split between male and female employees based on the organisations employed staffing figures.
