The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 requires organisations employing more than 250 employees to undertake Gender Pay Reporting and published results on both the companies and government website within one calendar year of April 5th 2017.

Based on our “snapshot” data we can confirm that there is no Gender Pay Gap between male and female staff employed within the organisation in terms of our hourly rates of pay.
Our figures show that for the reporting period, we do have a Bonus Pay Gap, being 4.7% for Male employees and 3% for female employees. This is predominantly due to Bonus payments being made to our maintenance staff for keeping within set budgets. We have 3 maintenance staff all being of male gender.
Our published information shows a proportionate split between male and female employees based on the organisations employed staffing figures, although it should be noted that there is a slightly higher % of males within senior positions than junior positions.
TLC Care Homes Limited will continuously review its policy and procedures to ensure that Gender Pay Gap issues are addressed.
