Supported Living

TLC expanded into Supported Living when it became clear that some of the people we provided a service to, required a different environment and type of support. We have a dedicated Service Manager for this. This side of the business is expanding as the need and referrals arise.

We currently work with both private Landlords to provide housing and also a Housing Association. Services are being set up that are person centred with individualised support packages. We currently provide support in Westcliffe, Great Dunmow, Saffron Walden, Earls Colne, Basildon, Halstead & Colchester.

Many people believe Supported Living means ‘minimal support’ and as such can be very reluctant to consider this option for their Family or Loved Ones. This is far from the case. Every Service User is assessed to ensure that the package of care provided meets the needs of that that person – we have many 24 hour support packages. We are always happy to come and meet you and discuss what options may be suitable following our assessment of need.
