To be a Team Leader with TLC Care and Support, you will be expected to have the same qualities as a Support Worker, but you will also be required to take on additional duties and responsibilities.
This includes showing the potential to lead the shift of people looking after individuals we support.
You also need to be able guide Support Workers in looking after our clients’ basic needs.
Plus you will work with Deputy Managers to ensure clients’ files are up to date.
Qualifications & experience needed:
• NVQ Level 2 Care or Health & Social Care minimum required
• 2 years relevant work experience
Training completed in role

• Willingness to work to NVQ Level 3
