We are pleased to announce the opening of a new Supported Living service in Clacton; and we are currently seeking to recruit an experience Registered Manager who is looking for their next challenge in a growing business. We are looking for a proactive individual who is looking for a opportunity to build a home from the very beginning. 

Main Duties

To take the registered manager responsibility for a group of services under the direction of the Area Manager.

To provide a need led service to adults with learning disability by adopting a person centered approach the fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.

To ensure all aspects of the services meet with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and The Care Act 2014 together with all other relative legislative requirements
