Residential Care Services
42 hour per week
Part Time and Bank opportunities available
Working at TLC is enormously varied and fulfilling. No two days are the same, but every day ends with a sense that you’ve made a difference to people’s lives.
We have opportunities for full time, part time or bank working. All requests for flexible working will be considered.
We are passionate, resilient, kind-hearted and creative. Working in social care allows us to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex mental health needs. Work is challenging but always rewarding.
Working for TLC, you will support individuals to maximise their potential and increase their independence, choice and community inclusion.
We fund all training, so no experience is necessary and training continues whilst working. The most important thing is that you are caring, compassionate and a desire to have a lasting positive impact on the lives of the people we support.
